TAL FLOOR PRIMER is a high-quality latex-based bonding agent and primer designed to enhance adhesion between substrates and floor coverings or leveling compounds. It improves the bond strength of cementitious screeds, adhesives, and toppings to porous and non-porous surfaces. The product forms a tacky film that promotes a strong mechanical key and prevents rapid absorption of water from the mortar, reducing shrinkage and improving durability. Ideal for use on concrete floors, screeds, and smooth or dense substrates before applying self-leveling compounds or adhesives.

Application Instructions
- Surface Preparation:
- Ensure substrate is sound, clean, and free from oil, grease, dust, or laitance.
- Remove loose or flaking material prior to application.

- Allow primer to dry to a tacky state before applying screed, adhesive, or leveling compound.
- Note: Do not apply if rain is expected within 4 hours or on wet surfaces.
