Application Instructions

  • Surface Preparation:
    • Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, wax or loose material. Ensure subfloor is level and sound.
    • For new screeds, ensure correct moisture content as per industry standards before bonding.
  • Application:
    • Use a notched trowel suitable for wood block installation to apply an even bed of adhesive.
    • Lay wood blocks into the adhesive within the open time and press firmly to achieve full contact.
    • Adjust alignment quickly; excessive re-positioning may reduce bond strength.
    • Roll the floor with a heavy roller where recommended to ensure uniform contact.
  • Note: Avoid excessive adhesive thickness to ensure complete curing and reduce risk of telegraphing.
Coverage Calculator
  • Approx. 1–2 m² per kg, depending on subfloor porosity and trowel notch size.
  • Example coverage:
  • • 5.00 kg covers ≈ 5–10 m²
  • • 25.00 kg covers ≈ 25–50 m²
Suitable Applications
  • Wood block & parquet flooring installations
  • Engineered timber installations
  • Floor leveling and repair where timber bonding is required
  • Joinery where strong, sandable bond is needed
Compatibility & Limitations
  • Compatible with most timber types and cementitious subfloors.
  • Not recommended for continuous submerged applications.
  • Not suitable for bonding plastics, metals (without suitable priming) or non-porous substrates.
  • Do not use below recommended substrate temperature limits.
Safety & Handling
  • Use in well-ventilated areas; avoid inhalation of fumes.
  • Wear gloves and eye protection during handling and application.
  • In case of skin contact, wash immediately with soap and water.

Frequently Asked Questions

It is designed for bonding wood blocks, parquet flooring, and other wooden surfaces to concrete or cementitious substrates.

No. It is formulated specifically for wood and concrete bonding — not suitable for metal or plastic applications.

It is moisture-resistant, providing protection against minor dampness, but not suitable for full water immersion or outdoor use.

Initial bond develops in 20–30 minutes, and full cure is achieved in 24 hours at 25°C.

Coverage is 1–2 m² per kg, depending on the surface condition and trowel notch size.

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, or grease. Roughening the substrate slightly improves adhesion.

Yes, it can be used if applied correctly and once the adhesive has fully cured before system activation.

12 months in a tightly sealed container, stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

It’s a ready-to-use, single-component adhesive — no mixing required.
