APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Surface Preparation
- Wood moisture content should be between 8–12%.
- Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or wax.
- Ensure proper fitting of joints.
- Mixing
- No mixing required.
- Stir gently before use if stored for long periods.
- Application Method
- Suitable for:

- Bonding Steps
- Apply a consistent layer (80–120 g/m²).
- Assemble wood pieces within open time.
- Apply adequate pressure:
- Softwood: 0.7–1.2 MPa
- Hardwood: 1.0–1.4 MPa
- MDF/Plywood: 0.8–1.2 MPa
- Clamp for 20–30 minutes.
- Do not stress the joint for 24 hours.
- Cleaning
- Clean tools with water while wet.
- Dried adhesive must be scraped or sanded.
