Application Instructions

  • Surface Preparation:
    • Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, and contaminants. Rough or porous surfaces improve mechanical adhesion.
  • Application:
    • Apply adhesive evenly on one surface using a notched trowel, brush, or roller.
    • Join parts within open time (before surface skin forms).
    • Apply uniform pressure for best bond strength.
    • Allow to cure for 24 hours before subjecting to stress.
  • Note: Avoid excessive adhesive thickness to ensure complete curing.

Coverage Calculator

  • Approx. 2–3 m² per kg, depending on the surface porosity, material type, and application thickness.
  • Example: 6 kg covers 12–18 m², and 36 kg covers 72–108 m².

Suitable Applications

  • Structural bonding and flooring
  • Metal and rubber assemblies
  • Concrete joints and panels
  • Wooden flooring and timber construction
  • Automotive and marine sealing applications

Compatibility & Limitations

  • Compatible with concrete, wood, rubber, metals & most construction materials.
  • Not recommended for polyethylene, polypropylene, or silicone surfaces.
  • Avoid applying on wet surfaces or under direct sunlight during curing.

Safety & Handling

  • Use only in a well-ventilated area.
  • Avoid skin and eye contact.
  • Wear gloves and safety glasses during application.
  • In case of contact, wash with soap and water immediately.
