JAYCOCRETE SUPER is a high-performance polymer latex admixture formulated for use with cementitious mixes to produce flexible, waterproof renderings, screeds and patch repairs. When mixed with cement or cementitious mortars it improves adhesion, reduces permeability, increases flexural and tensile strength, and imparts enhanced durability to repaired and rendered surfaces. Suitable for interior and exterior applications, JAYCOCRETE SUPER is ideal for waterproof coatings, floor screeds, balconies, terraces, and large patch repairs.

It is used as a polymer latex admixture to produce waterproof renders, floor screeds and large patch repairs with improved adhesion and reduced permeability.
Mix JAYCOCRETE SUPER with water (typically 1:1 to 1:2 latex:water), blend with cement to form a creamy slurry and apply to the prepared substrate before mortaring.
Typical dosage is 10–20% of mixing water replaced by the latex (site trial recommended to finalise proportions).
Yes — suitable for both interior and exterior applications, provided temperatures and substrate conditions are appropriate.
It improves flexibility and reduces cracking risk, but does not replace structural reinforcement or correct movement issues.
It is compatible with Portland and blended cements; always perform a small site trial when using new materials.
Return-to-service times depend on mix and weather; typically allow 48–72 hours for light foot traffic and longer for heavy loads—confirm with on-site testing.
Yes — a bonding slurry made with JAYCOCRETE SUPER and cement is recommended to prime the substrate for best adhesion.
Keep in original sealed containers, stored in a cool, dry place away from frost and direct sunlight. Shelf life: 12 months.
Yes with precautions: avoid eye contact and prolonged skin exposure, wear gloves and eye protection, and wash hands/tools after use.
