It is a rapid-curing, high-strength adhesive designed for securing medium to heavy-duty fixings in concrete, masonry, brick, and stone. The product is easily applied using a standard applicator gun, dispensing through a static mixing nozzle for consistent and reliable results. Application Instructions
- Surface Preparation:
- Drill the hole to the required diameter and depth as per fixing specifications.
- Clean the hole thoroughly using a brush and air pump to remove all dust and debris.
- Application:
- Insert the cartridge into the barrel applicator gun and attach the static mixer nozzle.
- Extrude a small amount of material until color is uniform before use.
- Inject the mixed resin into the hole, starting from the bottom upwards to avoid air pockets.
- Insert the anchor rod with a twisting motion and allow to cure before applying load.
- Note: Do not disturb or load the anchor until the resin has fully cured.
