GROUT SEAL is a pre-formed, ether-based polyurethane foam tape designed to prevent grout loss through butt joins and gaps in formwork during concrete casting. The closed-cell foam compresses to fill gaps and returns to shape, providing a temporary seal that simplifies formwork operations and produces cleaner, defect-free concrete edges.

It’s used to prevent grout loss through butt joins and gaps in formwork during concrete casting.
Ether-based polyurethane closed-cell foam.
Supplied as 10 mm x 20 mm x 10 m roll (other sizes can be specified on request).
Place into joint or gap so it compresses when formwork is assembled; adhesive or mechanical fixing can be used if required.
It minimizes grout passage during pouring but is not a permanent waterproofing product.
Generally designed as a temporary single-use product; reuse depends on condition after removal.
One roll = 10 linear metres at the stated cross-section.
Typical operating range -30°C to +80°C.
Minimal; avoid inhaling dust from cutting and dispose of waste responsibly.
