X-Shield StainBlock Sealer is a high-performance, water-dispersed fluorosurfactant sealer designed to create a durable, invisible barrier that resists both oil and water-based stains. It penetrates deeply into porous substrates such as concrete, brick, natural stone, unglazed tile, and grout — providing long-lasting protection without altering the natural appearance of the surface. The non-film-forming formula allows the surface to breathe while delivering excellent hydrophobic and oleophobic performance, making it ideal for indoor and outdoor applications.

Application Instructions
- Surface Preparation:
- Ensure surface is clean, dry, and free of oil, grease, and existing sealers.
- Repair cracks or defects before application for best performance.
- Application:
- Apply evenly using a low-pressure spray, roller, or brush until surface is fully saturated.
- Allow material to penetrate and dry for at least 1 hour before use.
- Note: Avoid over-application. A second coat may be applied wet-on-wet for very porous substrates.
