Application Instructions
  • Surface Preparation:
    • Ensure wood surfaces are flat, dry (<12% moisture) and dust-free.
    • Remove contaminants (oil, wax, resin, old glue).
    • Fit joints correctly; avoid large gaps.
  • Mixing:
    • Ready to use; do not dilute.
    • For machine use: stir gently before transferring.
  • Application Method:
    • Can be applied using brush, roller, glue applicator bottle, mechanical spreader, or finger joint systems.
  • Bonding Procedure:
    • Apply a uniform coat (80–120 g/m²).
    • Join surfaces within open time (5–10 minutes).
    • Use adequate clamping pressure (softwood 0.7–1.2 MPa; hardwood 1.0–1.5 MPa; MDF/plywood 0.8–1.2 MPa).
    • Maintain clamping for minimum 20–30 minutes; avoid stressing joints until full cure (24 hours).
  • Cleaning:
    • Wipe wet glue with water.
    • For dried glue: scrape mechanically or sand.
Coverage Calculator
  • Coverage Range: 1 litre covers approximately 6–10 m² depending on wood porosity, application thickness and joint type.
Suitable Applications
  • Wood Types: Softwoods, hardwoods, laminated wood, MDF/particle board, plywood, veneered boards.
  • Applications: Furniture manufacturing, cabinet assembly, doors & window frames, wood panel bonding, general carpentry, handicrafts, DIY woodworking, edge bonding, dowel joints, mortise & tenon, finger joint systems.
Compatibility & Limitations
  • Compatible with: Wood-to-wood bonding, engineered wood panels, composite boards, paper & cardboard, select porous substrates.
  • Not suitable for: Exterior or constant moisture exposure, metals, most plastics (HDPE, PP, PVC), glass or glossy surfaces, oily/resinous tropical woods (without cleaning), marine/boat applications.
  • Environmental limits: Not recommended below 10°C; avoid high humidity (>70%) during curing.
Safety & Handling
  • Water-based, non-flammable; VOC compliant.
  • Avoid inhalation of vapors and contact with eyes.
  • In case of eye contact: rinse for 10–15 minutes and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
